These guidelines apply to events organized by Kittie Rose LLC, including Let’s Get Into The Word and Talk to Me, Kittie! experiences. Please also read the details and policies shown on your specific event listing before registering.

Registration and admission

Register through the official ticket link and provide accurate contact information. When registration is required, each attendee needs a ticket, including children unless the event listing states otherwise. Have your ticket QR code ready on your phone or a printed ticket for check-in. Tickets are subject to the event’s capacity, age requirements, and venue rules. Follow the arrival and seating instructions on your event listing.

Free events and cancellations

For free gatherings, please cancel your registration if you can no longer attend so another guest can use the seat. Contact contact@kittierose.com if you need help releasing a ticket. A waitlist does not guarantee admission; please wait for an official ticket confirmation.

Paid events, changes, and refunds

For paid events, review the price, fees, cancellation, transfer, and refund policy displayed on the event listing before purchasing. Those event-specific terms govern the booking, subject to applicable law. If an event is canceled or rescheduled, we will communicate the available next steps using the contact information provided at registration. Please review any separate travel or accommodation terms before booking related arrangements.

Children and guest conduct

Children may attend events designated as family-friendly and must remain under a parent’s or guardian’s supervision. Please treat guests, staff, speakers, and venue property with respect. Harassment, threats, disruptive behavior, and conduct that creates a safety concern are not permitted. Follow staff directions and the venue’s safety and accessibility procedures.

What to bring and accessibility

Check your event listing for required items and venue restrictions. For Let’s Get Into The Word, bring a physical Bible; NLT or KJV is preferred. Comfortable clothing is welcome. If you have an accessibility question or need an accommodation, contact us before the event so we can discuss available arrangements with the venue.

Photography and recording

Check the event listing and on-site notices for any photography or recording arrangements. Ask permission before photographing or recording another guest’s personal conversation or sharing their personal story. Contact our team with questions about being photographed or filmed.

Educational and faith-based content

Our conversations, teaching, and Bible studies support learning and personal growth. Event participation does not establish a therapeutic relationship or replace individualized mental health, medical, or other professional care.
