This policy explains how Kittie Rose LLC handles information connected with event registrations, tickets, waitlists, and attendance. It supplements our website Privacy Policy.

Information connected with your registration

When you register, join a waitlist, purchase a ticket, or contact us, we may receive your name, email address, phone number if provided, ticket and order details, responses to checkout questions, and correspondence. We may also record ticket check-in and attendance information. Payment information is handled by the ticketing platform and its payment providers under their own policies.

How we use attendee information

We use this information to manage registrations and capacity, issue tickets, check guests in, respond to questions, communicate event updates or changes, manage cancellations and waitlists, and understand event participation. If you ask for an accommodation, please share only the information needed to help us arrange it.

Platforms and service providers

We use service providers to support ticketing, email, website hosting, and event operations. These may include Universe for tickets and waitlists and Klaviyo for communications. Attendee details may be shared with authorized event staff or a venue when needed for check-in, accessibility arrangements, or event operations. Each external platform also handles information according to its own privacy policy. We do not sell attendee contact information.

Email and text preferences

Event service messages, such as ticket confirmations and schedule changes, relate to your registration. Registration alone is not consent to receive marketing text messages. Promotional emails and texts are managed according to your subscription choices and applicable requirements. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message and opt out of marketing texts using the instructions provided, including replying STOP where supported. Changing a marketing preference does not cancel your ticket.

Children’s attendance

A parent or guardian should complete registration for children attending a family-friendly event. Please use the adult’s contact information rather than a child’s email address or phone number. Do not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information about a child.

Photos and recordings

Photography or recording arrangements, if any, are communicated through the event listing or on-site notices. Contact us with questions or concerns about identifiable event photos or recordings.

Retention, security, and your choices

We keep event information as needed for administration, support, recordkeeping, and applicable legal obligations. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for those purposes. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You may contact us to ask about your attendee information, request a correction or deletion, or update communication preferences. We may need to verify your request, and some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons. Requests concerning information held independently by Universe or another provider should also be directed to that provider.
